Toenail reconstruction is both a cosmetic and medical procedure. It is undertaken using a specialist gel called Wilde- Pedique. The gel is layered directly onto the nail bed and onto any remaining toenail to create a new toenail. Alternatively, the gel is layered on top of the damaged or misshaped nail to look more aesthetically pleasing.
